AMY KILNER

Amy Kilner is a 2D x 3D designer and founder of Skyhi Creative Ltd, specialising in high-energy visuals for the music and events world. She’s worked with some of the biggest DJs in the game — including Fatboy Slim, Hannah Laing, Goddard, Charlie Sparks, and Ellie Sax — as well as labels like Warner Music and Sony and lifestyle brands such as Steven Bartlett's Diary of a CEO Podcast, VK, Hooch, and Mixtons.

With 14 years of experience, Amy’s journey began in print and digital agencies, creating campaigns for brands like Red Bull, Stonegate, and Rekom before stepping into a Creative Lead role at Rise at Seven. Four years ago she launched her own studio, Skyhi Creative, which has grown into a global practice delivering visuals that light up dance floors, festivals, and stages around the world.

Beyond her client work, Amy founded Designhi Club, a design community of 500+ members across Discord and WhatsApp, giving creatives a space to connect, find opportunities, and feel less alone in the industry.

Amy has also been open about her mental health journey, being diagnosed with ADHD and cyclothymia (a form of bipolar) as an adult. Instead of holding her back, this self-understanding helped her shape a career path that gives her the flexibility to work in the ways she performs best — turning what once felt like challenges into a strength that fuels her creativity and resilience.

Her story — from traditional print designer to building a thriving studio in music and events — is one of creativity, honesty, and carving out space in an industry that never stops moving.
