Christa Jarrold is an illustrator and director who builds colourful, tactile 3D worlds threaded with wit, bite, and a wink of claymation nostalgia. She gravitates toward surreal comedy in the everyday and characters with attitude- outsiders who don’t quite fit in. Christa has created work for Apple, Netflix, Oatly, The New York Times, The Washington Post, Warner Music, Coldplay, Parlophone Records, WIRED, VICE, and E4, among many others. She has twice been featured in The New York Times’ annual Best Illustrations of the Year. Originally from London, she now lives in Margate with her partner and their four-year-old.
