The creative industry has changed fast since Covid. Hybrid working is here to stay, but so are the benefits of sharing space, energy and ideas.  In this panel, we’ll unpack what we gain and what we lose when we’re not together, from creative spark and shared learning to loneliness, culture and career development. And as AI reshapes the way we make work, we’ll explore how studios can stay human, distinctive and genuinely collaborative.
